I run a health ministry nationally and internationally. I am VERY interested in sharing this with my clients and associate’s patients. Will it be coming to my city anytime soon? (Vero Beach, Florida)
In the future I would be interested in purchasing the DVD for resale among Americans! We are always educating folks and teaching how to live healthier lives and how to benefit the all important God-created Immune System that is our natural defense layer! You can prevent all illness by restoring this system.
God bless your endeavors in the most remarkable way!

I would hope you could open the movie in New Mexico somewhere, Albuquerque, or Santa fe or both. It is much more aware of this issue than other area’s I believe but there is still more awareness needed.

I find it VERY interesting that this film that addresses what has been my soapbox for years could find NO distribution in WASHINGTON DC! (Or Maryland.) Don’t let anyone trash Virginia as backward anymore, they at least have two locations for it!
Is it coming to DC, or is the proximity to those who have enabled the tragedy of industrial agriculture too great?
[Reply]
We would be really interested in buying a DVD copy.
Here is a thought why not use the internet to distribute the film. There are plenty of sites where you could use pay per view or if your goal is Education and not simply money you could use the sponsorship model just as the movie “Home” has recently done to great success.
[Reply]
I’m sure it will be out on DVD and also available through Netflix soon after its release in theaters.

I live in small town America and there is a town 15 miles away, but it isn’t large either and I wonder when it will come closer so we can see it. I for one will start buying as much organic as possible and going out to eat less until the restaurants change their menus.
[Reply]
Why in heavens name is the movie not being shown in Maryland? Is it possible to purchase a DVD of the movie? We are avid supporters of Organic Sustainable Agriculture and Healthy Foods and want to support this endeavor to help educate the public. Thank you.
[Reply]
Appears this is not coming to Rochester, depending on the cost I would be interested in buying the DVD also.
Thank you

This important movie deserves much wider distribution. It seems like those who need to see it most, won’t get to see it or won’t want to. It’s challenging to face the truth. There needs to be a nationwide campaign of food and nutrition education. Congratulations on making this movie. Get it out to schools, churches and other such places. We’ve got to get it in people’s faces.

Good luck with that. They say they are going to send the information to their corporate offices and you never hear a word. They will play what they want not what we want. Not only is TV unwatchable now but there is nothing decent being played at theatres either.

What we eat is a huge issue! Our populous is sicker than ever before. Much has to do with what we allow past our lips. Our family has been eating GMO free, organic food due to learning the truth about our nation’s food supply. Thank you for your noble effots in bringing attention to this to the many who will go and see. They will be shocked and amazed! Let me know if you’re planning on showing this in SC or how I can purchase a DVD.

Hello, I would love to see this movie, interesting that there is only one showing in CO. and that is Denver, most of the sustainable and organic growers are on the western slope of the Rockies, more than 250 mi away. Can we get this movie.
I have a friend doing a movie on how to grown and eat local food. any one interesteds? It is called Locavore
If you come out with a DVD that can be purchased when will that be?
I also take a supplement that helps to address the lack of nutrition in our foods.
and I eat NO processed foods and raise my own veggies, and eggs, purchase my meat from local organic farmers

I am SO excited about this movie. Please somehow make sure it makes it to State College, Pennsylvania. It would cause a sensation here – one the country’s largest agricultural research universities who help develop these horrible practices of treating livestock like machines and the land with little respect.
Please make sure this movie is available not only in big cities, but where the farmers live… PLEASE

Thank you for exposing the food industry. At last, my family and friends can see for themselves what I have been trying to tell them all these years, that the food industry is making us sickly, unhealthy human beings. Most importantly, the children are also victims of this industry. The food industry is probably in cahoots with the pharmaceutical, medical and insurance industries–all in the name of profit! Hopefully, this film will help Americans to wake up and do something about it!
It is sad that the people in charge of our good health do not care about our health at all–what is more unpatriotic than that?? We all know that we as Americans can be more productive and constructive if we are in good health.
I, for one, am willing to fight against such criminal behavior in the name of profit.
I have not seen Phoenix on your map, please either show this film here, or get us a dvd here ASAP!
Thanks for all of your work on getting this information out to the public.

I’d love to see this film come to Chico, CA! It would be well received here. As it is, it looks like I’ll have to drive 2 hours to see it. I can’t wait for the DVD! Does anyone know when/if it will be released…I’m seeing great gifts for birthdays and special occasions. Let’s get this film out to a wider audience – call your nearby theatres and ask that they bring it to your city! Remember we vote with our dollars as consumers, so let the owners know there is a demand for the film and they’ll be losing business if so many of us have to travel outside of our local area to view Food Inc. We all have to make our interest known – make a call to your local theatre now!
[Reply]
I would love to see the movie too. I live in Evansville, IN. Will it be shown here?
Thanks.
[Reply]
YES …. this film MUST be seen as much as possible! I suspect the food corporations will try to limit it’s viewing. I certainly hope this country can remain FREE … in spite of pharmaceuticals, corporate monopolies and others motivated by pure and very clear GREED. However … we can all spread the word. What we already know is enough to work miracles and CHANGES in our food supply. I would buy a dozen DVD’s if/when they are produced. PLEASE…….

This movie is great because it tells the truth and does not try to deceive. A rare film. But I’m wondering why distribution is always in the big cities. What about the rural areas where the small-sized farmer and rancher live. The sentiment is meant to tell it like it is, but the real honest folk who try to do it right don’t get to see it. Will someone try to change that please?

Isn’t it ominous that the tobacco companies, who had no problem making their living killing 435,000 Americans a year, year after year after year, took over the food companies in the 1980’s? RJR Tobacco became RJR Nabisco.
Also ominous was the increase of diabetes by 60% in the decade 1990 to 2000. Diabetes is what Dr. Atkins called a diet-related disorder. It’s not genetic. It’s not a germ. It’s caused by the substances you ask your body to process as if they are food; but they’re not. They are ‘empty’ calories, no vitamins, no minerals.
And the increase wasn’t just the known adult-onset diabetes, afflicting people after 20 or 30 years of over-consumption of fiberless white sugar and fiberless white flour. When carbohydrates are bound to fiber you have to digest it to get it in your blood. Fiber carries some of it through you without it entering your blood. But in the 1980’s diabetes became epidemic among teenagers, something that never happened in such numbers of young humans in human history. The sugars were getting in. Why?
Even toddlers are being stricken. One company selling a blood-sugar testing device employed a 3-year old who praised the less-painful device. How did she become diabetic in 3 years and 9 months? What was in her diet, and her mother’s, to cause it?
In the mid-1970’s someone treated corn starch with some kind of enzymes, powerful substances that interact with hormones, also powerful substances. High-Fructose-Corn-Syrup (HFCS) was the result.
When white sugar prices increased in the 1980’s HFCS became the substitute. Soda pop consumption increased 300%! Ka-ching! $$$ Did they find 300% more customers? Or did their customers crave 300% more, like addicts?
But HFCS went into hot dogs and sausage, bread, chips, candies, cole slaw, baked beans, ice cream; hundreds of products you eat, without realizing you’re putting this volatile substance in your body. Your body tries to process it the way it would process natural, fiber-bound sugars, but the HFCS, like fiberless sugar and flour, floods into the blood. The pancreas tries to issue a flood of insulin. It’s not designed to do it, and gets damaged, and damages the entire body.
Insulin, a powerful hormone, commands production of cholesterol from your liver, 90% of that found in your blood. Insulin causes cells in artery walls to swell up, so nutrients can’t get out to tissues outside. Tissues die and people lose a toe, a foot, a leg, their life. The heart tries to pump through the narrowed artery, high blood pressure. Cholesterol sticks in the narrowed opening, and gets inflamed, erupting as a clot, heart attack. Cholesterol aides fat storage, obesity. All these diseases are one complex of symptoms of over-production of insulin, from over stimulation by volatile hydrates, unnatural substances someone sells you as food.
No one protects you, but you. They have a license from their government to sell it to you. Perhaps you should get a government to represent you.
