I ALMOST CAME CLOSE TO GETTING MY WHOLE FAMILY THE FLU VACCINE AND THEN THE H1N1 VACCINE. AFTER TALKING TO MY CHIROPRATOR AND SEEING THIS VIDEO, AND ALSO HEARING ABOUT HOW MUCH MERCURY IS IN THE FLU VACCINE, I DID NOT WANT TO EXPOSE MY CHILDREN TO THAT. WE ARE ALL HEALTHY TO BEGIN WITH. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ON VITAMIN D NOW AND I AM STARTING MY CHILDREN WITH IT NOW.

As a pharmacist and managing editor of a newsletter service to hospitals around the country, I’m a BIG fan of vitamin D.
But let’s now forget that mercury (25mcg) is primarily in the multiple dose vaccine vials. The single-dose H1N1 vaccines from Sanofi and CSL are preservative-free and the single-dose vaccine from Novartis contains a very small amount of thimerosal (≤ 1 mcg mercury).
Personally, I will NOT be taking any influenza vaccines and will be taking 4,000 IU to 5,000 IU vitamin D3 starting later this month.

Regarding vitamin D and the immune system, vitamin D receptors are present on cells responsible for both the innate and adaptive immune response, including T cells, B cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. Vitamin D affects the expression of genes involved in an immune response; it increases the gene expression of cathelicidin, which kills bacteria, and CD14, which aids in the recognition of various pathogens. Epidemiological studies indicate that people with low levels of Vitamin D are 40% more likely to have a respiratory infection.

Vitamin D toxicity occurs at over 2,000UI, taking to much is bad…
What I found so people don’t poison themselves. Do your research, be careful not to take TOO much Vitamin D.
—————–
According to the National Institutes of Health, the Upper Intake Levels (ULs) for the vitamin D are as follows:
* Birth to 12 months of age: 25 micrograms (1,000 IU)
* One year of age or older: 50 micrograms (2,000 IU)
Studies have also shown that, taken over long periods of time, consumption of vitamin D in amounts above the UL will result in toxicity. For children under the age of 12 months, a sustained intake of 1,000 micrograms (40,000 IU) a day will produce toxicity in just one to four months. For adults, 2,500 micrograms (100,000 IU) a day may result in toxicity in a few months.

other sources say:
vitamin D toxicity usually occurs only if excessive doses (prescription or megavitamin) are taken. Vitamin D 1000 μg (40,000 IU)/day produces toxicity within 1 to 4 mo in infants. In adults, taking 1250 μg (50,000 IU)/day for several months can produce toxicity.
So just be catious
